Sponsor the Academy Parent newsletter
Academy Parent sends a free weekly email to parents of youth soccer players. One sponsor can sit in each issue. This page is for brands that want to reach those parents.
What the newsletter is
- It comes out once a week.
- It takes two to three minutes to read.
- Each issue shows one moment from a professional match. Then it gives parents one question to ask their child in the car.
- The topic is soccer IQ: how a young player looks, thinks and decides during a game.
- It has no ads from trial-day companies, and we never sell the list.
Who reads it
Numbers as of October 16, 2026. They come from our own signup records. We removed test and internal addresses.
- 219 parents on the free Football IQ list. 219 are in the United States.
- 186 confirmed newsletter subscribers.
Age of the child (parents tell us when they sign up):
- Ages 11 to 13: 111
- Ages 8 to 10: 66
- Age 14 and older: 40
- Under 8: 2
Level the child plays at: club team 142, academy team 30, recreational league 15. 32 parents did not say.
We do not ask parents their age, so we make no claim about it. The list is small and it is growing. We will update these numbers every month.
Ways to sponsor
- Issue sponsor. One sponsor per issue. A short text block with your link, placed after the main content. Available now.
- Dedicated email. One email about your product, sent to the list. Coming later, once the list is larger.
Good fits: soccer training tools, youth soccer gear, camps, coaching apps, and books for parents. We do not run gambling, trial-day events or products that promise a place in an academy.

Parents of youth soccer players. As of October 16, 2026, 219 parents have joined the free Football IQ list, and all 219 are in the United States. Most have a child aged 8 to 13. The list is small and it is made of parents who asked for it.
How many people get the newsletter?
As of October 16, 2026, 186 people have confirmed their subscription. We only count people who clicked the confirm link.
What does a sponsor slot cost?
Ask us. Price depends on the issue and how many sponsors we run. Write to hello@academyparent.com and we will reply with the current rate.
How do I book a slot?
Email hello@academyparent.com with your brand, your product and the issue you want. We reply within two working days. We read the sponsor text before it goes out, and we only run products that suit parents and children.
Will you share open and click rates?
After each sponsored issue we send you the click count for your link. We do not publish open rates on this page because email apps hide them from us in many cases.
